Jacob Irontree. Fifteen years hands-on working with the people who design software, the people who build it, and the people that run their businesses with it. I do all three. Brown computer science, RISD design. I studied computer science and emerging technologies at Brown, then became one of the first undergraduates admitted to RISD's Digital Media graduate program. I started my career in design & engineering, moved into UX, and have spent the last decade leading design on software that prices, sells, and supports billions in revenue and profit. I know it end to end because I finish what I start, and I am way too ambitious for my own good.
